Smith with his faint name stamp on the front cover and his signature on the front endpaper.  A receipt for the sale of the book from Lew Heymann of “Lew’s Books” in San Francisco dated 9/22/66.  Alexander Smith purchased this book in September in he visited San Francisco to attend a conference.  No other ownership marks.
