Pp. xi, 237; 30 full page lithographic plates, most are color-tinted, 21 wood-engravings. Early blue cloth, spine lettered in gilt, folio (15 x 10 3/4 inches). The color-tinting is in a wash of pale mauve and pale yellow. Geo. West was the lithographer of every plate except plate 14. This monograph was issued in a limited edition of 600 to 750 copies. By 1918, all copies had been sold except for 12 copies retained by the Ray Society. Name stamp of Howard E. Evans on the front endpaper.
