Sullivant.  Part VI – Zoology of the Expedition – contains a brief summary of the zoological collections and a large number of appendices presenting data of the expedition.  This is the Senate issue of the 33rd Congress, 2nd Session.  The front endpaper is inscribed by George Haley, dated March 18, 1941.  There are no other ownership marks and no library marks.
