The fine color photos of birds in this volume were taken by the author; they are printed on special photographic paper that is seldom used in publishing; the result is extraordinarily detailed color photos. The text is in English and in Japanese; there is an epilogue in English at the end of the volume. No ownership marks and no signs of use.
