TERMS: All prices are net. Payment must be in U.S. dollars, by check or bank draft, drawn on a U.S. bank. We also accept all major credit cards, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as PayPal. Deferred billing is available only for university libraries and government institutions.

ORDERS: We accept orders by phone, email, fax, and through our website.  All selections in this catalog are one-of-a-kind items. Call (319) 354-9088 at anytime to place your order. Please do leave a message on our answering machine if we are out. We  accept orders via email, noriko@naturalhistorybooks.com.  If ordering by phone or email, please order with title and author as well as item number or inventory number (sku, found in parentheses preceding each item’s description).  Orders may also be placed through our secure website by entering the inventory numbers (sku) of desired item in the SEARCH box at the upper right of the page.

CONDITION: Nearly all books in this catalog are in very good or better condition. We have tried to describe condition precisely. Items described as FINE are in as new condition. NEAR FINE items show only slight signs of wear. VERY GOOD items show below average wear.

RETURNS: Books and plates can be returned for any reason within seven days of receipt. We can give you a full refund or a credit toward an additional purchase.

Shipping & Delivery: Within the USA, we ship books via Media Mail or via Priority Mail. Media Mail has a flat rate of $5 per book. For Canadian and overseas orders, we can only ship books via AIRMAIL. International shipping by surface mail is no longer available from the USA. We ship in medium and large flat rate boxes. The website estimates shipping costs based on number of books ordered and destination. Actual shipping costs may vary and additional shipping fees may be necessary. International shipping has become very expensive.
